Web Work Requests Add-On

The Web Work Requests add-on iMaint gives you the ability to accept work requests from any number of people—anywhere, anytime. You can allow anyone with a Web browser and Internet to submit work requests, or you can restrict access to the form.

No per-user licensing fees for people submitting Web Work Requests! They are not counted as regular system users. 

Once someone enters a request on this form and submits it, the data is automatically moved into your iMaint Online database. Then, a designated person such as a supervisor or planner can be automatically notified. Audible alert options are available for emergencies, or they can be based on elapsed time since requests were last reviewed in iMaint Online.

The person who made the request will be notified when the request is received or when any change takes place, such as when a work order is started, completed or cancelled.
